If you’re feeling a little overwhelmed or untethered, welcome to the vortex. A crazy, upside-down place full of energy vampires, zappers and parasites. We tend to go here when we allow too much of the outside world in. Here’s one small energetic practice that will calm the mind and help you to master your light.
Part 1: Grounding Breath – do this at least 3 times
This is a very centering breath that will allow you to feel grounded and tap into your intuition. Make sure both your feet are planted firmly on the floor and sit as straight as you can while you do this.
As you breathe in through your nose, envision a big bubble surrounding you pushing itself out from your body…push it out as far as you can.
As you breathe out through your mouth, envision pulling that big bubble in and compressing it so it sits right in the middle of your brain behind your eyes.
Part 2: Your Powerful Mind Mantra
These will help you harness your truth and light. You want to say this out-loud or to yourself daily… to the point where your powerful mind believes these words very intensely.
I am beauty. I am love. I am compassion.
