When I'm prepping to do something scary, whether it's speaking or meeting someone that's important to me, I'll invariably think of the age-old advice meant to calm, "Just be you!"

But instead it causes panic...like I'm in the middle of an existential crisis:
"What does 'just be you' mean?"
"Do you know how to be YOU?"
"Many people are still trying to figure this part out about themselves!"

Instead I replace the 'you' with 'hue' because color helps communicate who you are without saying a word. It's your essence, your personality, your soul that describes who you are. And color can communicate those aspects of you so that you're seen authentically.

So the next time you're preparing to do something scary, remind yourself to "Just be HUE."

The Secrets of Soul Colors is now open for enrollment. No joke, this is my FAVORITE course.

It’s been the highlight of my 2020 so far. The last cohort of beautiful women started mid-March…right at the beginning of the pandemic.

I’ve been reading the Gospel of Philip (part of the Gnostic gospels discovered near Nag Hammadi in upper Egypt) and in it he quotes, “the mysteries of truth are manifested to us in the form of archetypes or images.” Color is an archetype and a symbol for us… a creator of image.

And because color is visible and non-visible, it can be the bridge to connect your spirit with your physical body. When you are in alignment — awake, aware and non-dualistic— you become fully human.

When you work with your chakra, aura and soul colors you are connecting your physical, emotional and spiritual parts. It’s what I call being fully huEman. 😊
