How Arden’s ColorFluency Method is Different.
Our mothers’ way of having their “colors done” focuses on your hair, skin and eye colors …at best… or worse, putting you in a seasonal box. This is not only limiting, it adds to extreme confusion and endless searching for just the right color. After doing it this way with clients for nearly a decade, Arden knew there was a better way and came up with the ColorFluency method.
The method takes you through a series of steps that help you identify your personal Color Allies—those colors that powerfully support your mind, body and spirit—and create fluency around your unique color messages. It’s a holistic approach that gets you ColorFluent in your color language.
What's Included
In your private VIP Intensive conducted over the course of two sessions on Zoom, you’ll discover and claim the power colors that position you and increase your perceived value. You’ll get introduced to the unique color messages that support you holistically, and walk away being able to radiate the full power of your sacred purpose.
Session 1: Half Day (4 hours)
- The first part of your session Arden dives into pulling together your personalized palette of over 100 colors that resonate with your unique energy. You’ll discover your soul’s supporting colors as well as those that bring out your true beauty and power.
- The next part reveals your soul’s beautiful essence, purpose and what you are here to do. You end up with a color map of your aura colors and soul gifts. You’ll also receive a clearing of your color enemies and what’s keeping you from embracing your powerful presence.
- Finally, after you’re feeling aligned with your soul’s purpose and colors, you’ll undergo a special activation blessing which prepares you for integrating and embodying your color allies. You’ll receive a practice to complete before your next session.
Session 2: 1.5 Hours
- Once you receive your palette in the mail (typically within a week), you’ll meet and discover how your colors work together, when to wear and use them, and the messages that they send.
- With Arden as your guide, you’ll explore how to work with color as you use your palette. You’ll feel empowered to create outfits and environments that are supportive to your essence so you can create your powerful presence and speak fluently with your own colors.
